Shipping & Delivery Policy
Domestic Shipping: PCMIX Computers ensures seamless fulfillment of orders for domestic buyers through trusted registered domestic courier companies and speed post services. Shipments are dispatched within 15 working days from the date of order placement or as per the agreed delivery date specified during order confirmation. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, any delays attributable to courier companies or postal authorities are beyond our control. Rest assured; we commit to handing over the consignment within the stipulated timeframe. Delivery of all orders is made to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card details provided, unless otherwise specified at the time of order placement. PCMIX Computers holds no liability for any damage to the order occurring during transit.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services):
Service Delivery Confirmation: Upon completion of service delivery, a confirmation will promptly be sent to the customer's registered email ID as provided during registration. Calculation of Delivery Charges for Multiple Units and Certain Products:

Weight-Based Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are meticulously calculated based on the total weight of the products ordered. For multiple products from the same category, the weight of all units is aggregated, and a single delivery fee is applied for enhanced convenience. Customers ordering items with varying weights will be charged a single delivery fee based on the combined weight of the consignment. The weight-based delivery charge for each product is seamlessly integrated into the product cost during the payment stage, ensuring transparency and facilitating an effortless transaction.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. PCMIX Computers, operated by Bhavesh Gujwar, is committed to providing a seamless cancellation process for our customers. We offer multiple channels for initiating cancellation requests, including our user-friendly order panel on the website, direct email communication, or by contacting our dedicated customer service team.
2. The convenience fee associated with orders is non-refundable in the event of buyer-initiated cancellations. However, should PCMIX Computers cancel an order for any reason, the entire order amount will be promptly refunded to the buyer.
3. In cases where the buyer requests cancellation before the product is shipped, a nominal convenience fee of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the order has been dispatched, a slightly higher fee of 5% will apply to cancellations initiated by the buyer. Additionally, if modifications to the order are requested post-shipment, a 3% fee will be deducted from the refund amount. No charges are incurred for order modifications made prior to shipping. These fees are transparently adjusted from the refund amount upon cancellation, with refunds being processed upon the safe return of the product in its original condition.

4. The aforementioned charges are applicable solely to buyer-initiated cancellation requests. PCMIX Computers does not impose any charges if the cancellation is initiated by us.
5. PCMIX Computers acknowledges its responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and upholds a liberal cancellation policy. For products covered by manufacturer warranties, customers are encouraged to direct any complaints or issues to the respective manufacturer, while PCMIX Computers remains committed to facilitating a seamless resolution process within the bounds of our policy.
Return/Refund Policy
1. PCMIX Computers extends its commitment to customer satisfaction through a comprehensive return and refund policy, applicable to scenarios involving damaged, incorrect, dead, or defective products. Customers are afforded a 3-day window (7 days for complete PC sets) following delivery to notify us of any discrepancies and initiate a return or refund request. Such notifications can be made via email or telephone.
2. For gaming chairs, only partial replacements are available for defective or damaged products, with refunds not being an option.
3. Returns or refunds are not facilitated for products with broken seals unless the product itself is faulty.
4. Any return or refund requests will be voided if any part or accessory is found to be missing from the original product packaging.
5. To facilitate a smooth return process and minimize the risk of damage during transit, customers are advised to retain the product's packaging material until the return window has elapsed.
6. It is imperative that products are securely repackaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during return transit. Customers are urged to refrain from applying tapes or adhesives directly to the product or its packaging.
7. All accessories originally delivered with the product must be included in the return shipment.
8. Refunds for payments processed through our payment gateway will be issued back to the original payment method. For bank transfer and COD orders, refunds will be credited to the customer's designated bank account. Please note that refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in the customer's account.
9. A 5% deduction will be applied to the order value for payments made using Bajaj EMI, applicable only in the event of a cancellation initiated by the buyer.
