By engaging with PCMix.in, whether through placing orders or utilizing any of our services, you are consenting to adhere to the terms and conditions detailed on our website.

SALE TERMS

1. PCMIX Computers, operated by Bhavesh Gujwar in Bharsingi, Nagpur, Maharashtra, functions as a marketing and distribution entity, distinct from the role of a manufacturer.

2. By engaging in a transaction with PCMIX Computers, you affirm the validity of your registration certificate as required by pertinent tax regulations at the time of purchase.

​

3. PCMIX Computers bears responsibility for the goods until they are dispatched from our warehouse.

​

4. We diligently furnish comprehensive GST invoices for all transactions. To include your company's GST number on the invoice, kindly indicate your preference in the comments section during checkout and furnish the requisite GST certificate documentation.

​

5. An administrative convenience fee of 2% applies to order cancellations initiated by the buyer before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations incur a fee of 5%. Additionally, a 3% charge is applicable for order modifications post-shipment. These deductions will be adjusted from the refund, where applicable.

​

6. Orders paid via Bajaj EMI are subject to a 5% deduction in the event of buyer-initiated cancellations.

​

7. The offerings provided by PCMIX Computers predominantly comprise computer spares and components, unless explicitly specified otherwise.

​

8. It is imperative to notify us at the point of purchase if any product is intended for deployment in specialized or non-standard environments, as warranty coverage may be impacted otherwise.

​

9. Customers are precluded from disavowing responsibility on grounds of unfamiliarity with the terms and conditions governing transactions.

​

10. Pertaining to gaming chairs, only partial replacements are viable for defective or damaged products. No refunds will be entertained for gaming chair orders.

​

11. For products flagged as "Dead on Arrival," it is incumbent upon the customer to ensure the completeness of all parts and accessories within the package. Incomplete products will not be considered eligible under "Dead on Arrival" claims.

​

12. Warranty coverage is not extended to instances of physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized tampering with the products. Installation by a certified PC hardware engineer is mandated for all products retailed by PCMIX Computers.

​

13. PCMIX Computers reserves the prerogative to annul orders attributable to pricing discrepancies or stock unavailability.

​

14. Any disputes arising from the contractual obligations of this sale shall be exclusively adjudicated within the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

WARRANTY & RMA TERMS

1. All products procured from PCMIX Computers are accompanied by carry-in warranty provisions. Customers are liable for the incurred shipping charges for RMAs falling outside the stipulated policy window.

​

2. On-site warranty services are contingent upon the service reach of the respective brand. Areas falling beyond the purview of the brand's service network will necessitate a transition to carry-in service arrangements.

​

3. PCMIX Computers' shipping service for the return of RMA products does not encompass insurance against transit-induced damages. Accordingly, PCMIX Computers disclaims liability for any damages incurred during transit.

​

4. The terms "Direct Warranty" or "Manufacturer Warranty" denote direct warranty coverage extended by the manufacturer or distributor. PCMIX Computers bears no legal or financial liability in such instances.

​

5. Customers are enjoined to furnish a copy of our invoice for warranty-related transactions.

​

6. Only products in a state of sound physical condition will be entertained for warranty repair or replacement.

​

7. Products evincing physical damage or evidence of tampering, including but not limited to broken pins, markings, cracks, or absent components, will be deemed ineligible for warranty claims.

​

8. The duration of warranty coverage and the stipulated service timelines are subject to the policies delineated by the respective brands. PCMIX Computers disavows any responsibility for delays in warranty service.

​

9. Warranty entitlement does not extend to damages arising from mishandling, improper usage, or exposure to abnormal environmental conditions.

​

10. The warranty coverage is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and is contingent upon adherence to the manufacturer's prescribed policies. Customers are required to interface directly with the manufacturer's service center for warranty-related claims.

​

11. Products eligible for warranty coverage will be subjected to repair or replacement in accordance with the prevailing warranty policies instituted by the manufacturer or supplier.

​

12. PCMIX Computers retains the right to repudiate warranty claims for products tendered without requisite accessories, manuals, software CDs/DVDs, or the original packaging.

​

13. Issues germane to service are to be directly addressed to the manufacturer or distributor. PCMIX Computers absolves itself from any legal ramifications stemming from service-related matters.

​

14. Warranty service will be extended solely upon the discharge of the full payment within the stipulated timeframe.

​

15. The terms governing RMA/warranty claims are susceptible to modification or rescission sans prior intimation.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): Prior to initiating any litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may initiate binding arbitration as set forth below.


4. Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including the validity, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, or the rights, obligations, or liabilities of the parties hereto, which cannot be resolved through negotiation, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Indian Arbitration Association (IAA) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The place of arbitration shall be Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.


5. Equitable Relief: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, loss, or damage pending the outcome of arbitration.

 

6.Legal Fees: In the event of any litigation, arbitration, or other proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable legal fees and costs, including but not limited to attorney's fees and expenses.
